Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, they go into production and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at customtees@jenesis2.com if you need to make changes.

Our apparel is made from high-quality materials including 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blends, and premium fabrics. Each product listing includes specific material information. All products are eco-friendly and sustainably produced through Printify.

Each product has a size guide available on its product page. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering, as sizes can vary between different product types. When in doubt, size up!

To preserve the print quality, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed design. Do not bleach.

We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items. Since our products are custom printed on-demand, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind. If there's an issue with your order, contact us at customtees@jenesis2.com with photos and we'll make it right!

We're so sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damaged item and email us at customtees@jenesis2.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
